2017 OMG!

Look 4 years after I am making a living on my own doing what I love, and keep exploring new things. My blogger have a new look now, look who's talking :o

The show must go on

I just love blog, every morning I get up, I couldn't stop thinking what I did yesterday, what have I thought on things and life, and what just happened to me and my family, and how that effect my belief and religion or ridiculous personal philosophy.

I tend to get excited after I explore new things, as I discover I found myself drown into the situation, after that I feel I am out of control in my mind like a ball that keep bouncing everywhere, however next morning I wake up I feel the ball not bounce as hard as yesterday, and I would treat maybe that's just a bad dream.

Anyway, the earth is still beautiful and quiet it, and there are things need to do and be made of, I am just so bad at planing stuff, and make reckless decision, however I never feel sorry or regret for what I choose, I trust my courage to do this and finish what I start it, and I know that's stubbornness right there would made some people mad, however that's what character is stand for, and it will never fade away.

I still have to keep doing what I am doing, and work with people, hopefully I will have a good vibe with them, because I know cruise-ship is coming, and I want to be on that boat with them.

Reflection

It's already the middle of the semester, a lot of thought in my mind, I was a little bit distracted and it made me work less harder, I realized as soon as I become confident I fall a little. It's important to learn how to be open to possibility and be aware of your talent.





Here is something that I did over the summer, I got a chance to shoot and make a music video, This is what I alway want to try it for a long time, directing music video for any bands. This is the official my first music video ever. I am glad I finish it, so I can continue focus on my school work.

Colorful Sarasota

I spend the winter break working on this digital painting. I used to feel uncomfortable doing paintings in photoshop, but I have seen many people doing it for their artwork, so I decided trying to teach myself, however it's not as hard as what I thought. I am glad it came out not bad.

Two years ago, I try to embrace motion design with character animation, unfortunately it didn't make it very smooth, my attitude and passion are getting frustrated and almost split into a terrible situation in my life, i am trying hard to redirect my attitude and my thought again. hopefully I won't disappointed myself in future. I have to say that there are so many thing I need to learn and experience.

AENY Meeting

I attended a meeting last week in New York it call AENY. During the meeting I meet Jeremy cox, an Ringling alumni, who works at Imaginary Forces as a Motion Designer, and I also meet Theodore Daley, a Designer/Compositor. It was awesome that Jeremy gave us a demo of how movie Terminator Salvation's title sequence created, and Theodore showed us some behind work of God of War 3. They talked about how they did a lot of cool experiment with after effect and working process. I felt grateful that they share all of techniques with all of us. I definitely had a great time.

Character for Sit Stand

I am very excited for this coming project, haha...can't wait to play around with this character in Maya. This character design is inspired by my old roommate Tyler Schatz, and he is an awesome illustrator, Yeah Check out his blog.

Final Traditional Animation Project

Second moleskin

Most sketches are from last summer, I traveled with friends from New Jersey to Maryland, and then stay in New York working and hanging out most time. Man..That's the best summer I ever had. Time flies fast, but memories stay long for sure, the only good ones.

Experimenting with 3D tracking and live action

Still working on this project from last year, here is some still frame from the project, I never finished but I will. This has two of my college roommates cast for me, left is Ben, right is Dan. They both are such horrible and funny actor (in a good way) in this project.
Special effect and live-action project is really taking a long time to finish. I hope I have a partner to help me. but if you want to do that all by yourself, you need crazy amount of effort and encourage!! redbull should help!! haha...
